Jeanne Caldwell, MLIS, FAI, CRM
Chief Executive Officer
Jeanne Caldwell is the chief executive officer of iGMapware. She’s spent her career helping organizations establish a smart foundation for their information governance, strengthen their compliance and records management programs, and make better use of their time.
Jeanne is a proven innovator in software for the records and information management field. Her firm pioneered the functional “big bucket” approach to retention schedules, along with one of the first barcode-enabled, file tracking software applications.
Jeanne brings more than 20 years of information governance experience to each iG Mapware implementation. Her deep expertise ensures that iGMapware can be adapted to and meet the strategic needs of your legal, IT and compliance departments.
Jeanne’s consulting firm provides clients with a practical, repeatable methodology. It’s wrapped in a high-touch approach tailored to the specific needs of each organization. Jeanne is a national speaker and a program coordinator for the local chapter of ARMA, the international professional association for information governance and records management. She regularly gives back to the community.
Since 2015, Jeanne has partnered with the University of Denver (DU) Graduate School of Library Studies. She made iGMapware available for use in DU’s Records Management course. She also guest taught to share her knowledge with the next generation of information governance professionals.
Leslie Speed
Consultant
Leslie Speed is a valued member of iGMapware’s consulting team. As a former practicing attorney she provides valuable subject matter expertise in both the regulatory and compliance arenas. She received her JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Donald Lutz
Chief Technology Officer
Donald Lutz is the chief technology officer of iGMapware. Donald provides the vision, strategy and execution of iGMapware’s cloud-based architecture. He has extensive experience designing, building and integrating enterprise systems.
For more than 25 years, Donald has specialized in providing companies with real world, service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions. He has implemented numerous integrated web services frameworks. His thought leadership enables him to creatively and effectively drive business solutions through technology.
Donald is the co-founder and CTO of Technetronic Solutions, a system infrastructure and software consulting firm. As CTO, he is responsible for the architecture and design of frameworks used to provide SOAs to his enterprise clients.
Donald has spent years delivering another significant component to enterprise system design: security. His background in both network and application security dates back to the early 1990s. He continues to evolve his clients’ solutions to encapsulate Identity Management (IdM) and Federated Identity.
Steve Zawaski
Software Architect
Steve Zawaski is the lead developer and software architect for iGMapware. He has extensive experience as the lead architect and developer for cloud-based software for telecommunications, loyalty systems, medical records, credit card processing and on-line registration systems. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and applied mathematics from the University of Akron. Steve is a lead software developer and architect for Technetronic Solutions.
